Post - Free theme-Public Administration Affairs

Hi my dears blogger's friends:

Today is the last friday of my fourth semester (Thanks for God)

In this chance the topic is free but releted with a public administration affairs. This time I choose talk about the policies towards immigration

The first important point is define what is the inmigration. Well immigration relates to the movement of peoples from one country into another, for residential rather than visiting purposes, which may be for a number of reasons, including economic, familial, social or personal.

In the last 30 years, Chile has become an installation horizon for immigrants, which has been increased since the nineties for several Latin American and Central American countries like a Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Haiti, Colombia and Ecuador.
Immigration is a hugely controversial and politically sensitive subject. In our country the debate has been present because some people are opposed with the idea that people from the other countries, in special Haiti, arrive to Chile, because think that the inmigrants "steal work".

I think thah is not true. This people arrive to Chile for diferent reasons and have the right not to be discriminated, but the Chilean Inmigration Law is not a really help, on the contrary, make more powerful the discrimination in every sense.

There's still a lot to do in the field of inmigrants rights and this is a difficult work of the chilean public administration. The public institutions, like the Ministerio del Trabajo, must must take into account the phenomenon of immigration for future public policies, take this opportunity to for reform the welfare system, keeping in mind the opinion of the every chileans, also that the "new chileans", making an open and integrated society, with the best levels of well-being.

Post 9: Talking about your Blogging Experience

Hi dear bloggers! :)

Thanks for God that today is friday! (always is friday in my heart<3)

Well, today I'm going talk about my blogging experience in this semester.
In general de blogger experience has been a god and funny experience; a different experience. But, I must be sincere, this semester the topics are very boring and repetitive. I like the idea that soem classes take a topic like he career or similar to the one used in this semester, and, other times, write about a free topic, like the news or Tv shows, because, this topics are more atractive for me and my companiors.

I think that this methodology it has helped me to develop my writing skills, in special widen my vocabulary and use the past sentence. Besides, like the post are very extensive I fell that I can learn a whole lot.

In the question Are you writing blogs and your professional development? I must be sincere, with the short and difficult semester and the other works I forgotten this responsibility.

I really hope that in the next semesters carry on with the blogging experience but considering my opinion and that of all of us who live this experience.

Cheer up! There is little left for the holidays. May the Force be with you!

Post 8: English language challenges

Hi dear bloggers!

Sorry for the late but this semester is very difficult :c

Today, in this post, I'm going to write about my experience learning English at university.
This topic is very similar to post 7, but is different because in this time I'm going write about the challanges that the english languages represent for me.

I must be sincere, I'm never like this class, because my experience with this language is some complicated. When I was a child I not had a good teacher, only practiced the abecedary and the verb "to be" and "to have". For this I think that I'm not had a good basis ("the mother of the every problems").

Me and english live a relationship of love and hate. I really try to learn and understand but for me IS CHINESE! but I must continue with the attempt because the english is a international language and me, like a public administrator, must understand the contents.

Today my experience learning at university it is very good; the classes are dynamic with the contents. Also, the activities are very interesting, because we talk about distinct themes related of the career, personal life, themes daily and other things. This semester in comparative with the others semester it was different, since us course are makes a videos, where each one we could able of show knowledge in a different way, more dynamic and entertained.

The aspect I need to be improved is the gramatic, because some times I confused the verb tenses and I can't expand as I would.

Well, this everything. I really hope that every people have a good end of semester. (The summer is comming<3)

Blog 7: Improving the learning experience

Hi my dear bloggers friends! :)
How are u? I hope that you have had a good weekend.
Sorry for the late, but I'm very keen on a television series.
This time I must write how  I do perceive and see our English Programme. This language and me living a relationship of love and hate. The english is a language some difficult but very neccesary.
Well, the English Programme, in my opinion, is fine but some times is very boring and the other subjects in the career are most hard and my every attencion is center in there.
I'm very happy with the use of technology in this class, I like the blog, but this semester the topics are very boring and tedious.

About the duration of the class, mmm, well, I must be sincere, I'M BORING in there. So sorry teacher but is the true, maybe for the schedule, after the lunch.

Other point, is about the faculty facilities. In the new faculty, we have more space to move and make the activities when the teacher take a topic and me and my companiors we make a groups, in circles.
I hate this activity, really. I like more when every people talk in the class, like the past class.
I have the sensation that with this practise I don't have any lesson also not all people feel comfortable when must talk with other persons in other language.

Well, this is my opinion about the English Programme. The program is good but can improve.

I don’t know what more to say so I will say Goodbye.
See you in other post! :))

Post 6: Themed post.

Hi dear people!

Well, I'ts me, again on the blog. I must be sincere, I had forgotten the blog. Sorry guys :c
Today I will write abouth a very important topic for me and hope that this will interested for you too.
Always we can hear in the Tv or read in the news abouth the human rights or fundamental rights.
I'm in a subject named "Derechos Humanos en Chile"and in there I have been able to know more about this topic.
Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.
Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms of treaties, customary international law , general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.
Human rights entail both rights and obligations. States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfil human rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses. The obligation to fulfil means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights.

For this, me, like a public administrator, must protect and warrant the human rights. Always interested in the common benefit.

Post 5: Post graduates studies

Hi my dears friends:)

Today, in this post I will write about my proffesional future, in specific abouth my posibbles post graduates studies. I must be sincere, in the other times I think about the theme, I like the idea that take a master when I finish the career in some years more but this is some complicated.
Although it's true that the change of take a postgraduate are a possibility of "open the doors" in the labour work. Besides, today, the university education is not enought. Is necessary to continue learning and professionalize our performance.
But, on the other hand, a postgraduate study is very expensive. For example, a master on average cost $10.000.000 chilean pesos. Also it requires a lot of time and that is why the decision to register must be conscious.
If it would be possible I like realice a master. I have three options: Master in Management and Public Policies, Master of Accounting, bouth in Universidad de Chile or Master in innovation in the Universidad Católica (PUC). (In the other post I mention only two options, ups, but recently I can know the master in innovation)
In this moment I don't know wich option choose, but I really sure that I would like in Chile, in flexible schedule, after the office.
What subjects I would like to study? Accounting, always my lover accounting, maybe statistics and subjects about organizational design.
In relation with the previous I like the idea that apply for the post graduates studies scholarships for the "Advanced Human Capital Formation Program" of the Comisión Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica (CONICYT). In there the master's student they get a monetary benefit. This is a excelent options for the chilean students that like the idea for the master. But this benefit is only for studies in chilean universities. (In my case is not a problem).

Well, this everything for today,
See you in the next class!

Post 4: My dream job

Hello guys!
When I was a child I have a dream. It was to become an veterinary surgeon but an very special: dog's veterinary surgeon. I really loved the dogs (and still love them).
But with the time I understand that a veterinary work with the every animals and forgot the idea.
Later, I dreamed about being a marine biologist. I don't remember what happen with this idea.
In the High School I wanted to be a nurse or study kinesiology. Later I dream with philosophy, sociology, history and law. Today I'm very sure that anyone was form me. Finally (thanks God) I knew public administration. This was a very difficult decision. The most difficult in my life.
Today my dream job is in the public service I'm not sure specifically why, maybe in a institution responsible for a accounting or budget, like Dirección del Presupuesto (DIPRES) or in the Subsecretaria de Desarrollo Regional y Administrativo (SUBDERE) because I like the idea to help to the regions; SANTIAGO IS NOT CHILE.
I'm imagine myself in a office job, with office things and formal wear. The very same workplace that we can see in the movies and Tv shows.

If possible I would like travel for the our country doing congresses and talks about management. Make me a space in the milieu. In the best-case scenario, I travel for the other countries, doing intensive courses.
About the salary, I don´t know, I'm not think in this, still is not clear. In this point, the most important for me is the possibility that be a independent person.

What major I study? Anyone, it's not time yet.
What major I think of takig? I like the idea and I thinking in some major, because today is very important the study and the preparation. In this moment I have two options: the firts is a Master in Management and Public Policy and the other, Master in Public Policy, bouth options in Universidad de Chile.

That 70's Show

Hello everyone (:
Today the post a free topic. ¡Yei!

Well I wish write about "That 70's Show". I imagine that anyone or a little number know this amazing TV show.
"That 70's Show" was a american Tv show and was airen on FOX channel from 1998 to 2006. But I could saw on Sony channel.
The story centered around the lives of a group of teenagers living in the fictional town of Point Place, Wisconsin during the late 1970s. Eric Forman and his five teenaged friends: Donna Pinciotti, the feminist next-door neighbor and Eric's girlfriend, Steven Hyde, a cynical, hard-rocking stoner and Eric's childhood friend, Michael Kelso, a dim-witted, narcissistic ladies man, Jackie Burkhart, a self-involved high school cheerleader overly preoccupied with wealth and status, also she is a "Disco girl" and love ABBA<3 and Fez, my favorite, a sometimes goofy foreigner, whose country of origin is ambiguous, whose real name is unknown to all but him, and whose hormones are, at times, out of control.
Other main characters include Red Forman, Eric's overbearing war veteran father, Eric's overprotective mother, Kitty, who is caught up in trying to be a full-time mom and housewife, while maintaining a job as a nurse in a local hospital and Laurie Forman, the promiscuous older sister who can do no wrong in the eyes of her father.

I really love this serie because is not typical, I really likw for the the cast and this show parodied many of the attitudes, events and fads of the 70s, along with those who grew up at the time.
Like a piece of information, in Chile CHV made a similiar TV show but about the 80`s but the principal actor died in a accident.

My best holidays ever

Hi dear friends!
When I think in my best holidays that I have been in the moment I remember my travel to Brazil.
In the 2014 with my class companiors of the Maria Auxiliadora High School to Santa Cruz traveled in a study trip.
I remember that we has some problems with the weather because in this week the "Los Libertadores" crossing was closed for the snow, so the travel must be postpone for a some days.

But finally me, my companiors and my teacher Verónica arrived to the "country of the samba".
We was in there for a week, the best week.

The first place that we arrived was Iguazú in the border in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. In this place I could saw the "Cataratas de Iguazú" in a beautiful natural park.
The second stop in this aventure was the city of Camboriú in the south of the country. In there we visit the Lanjeiras beach, knew the beach in a pirate ship and had a little ride un cableway.

But the best experience for me was the day in "Beto Carrero World" the most bigger and amazing brazilian theme park. This park is more biggest that Fantasilandia, the atracciones was wonderful and wait time is more smaller.

In summary, this was my best holidays ever, because I could know new landscapes and, the most important, was the first time that I come out of the country with my friends. Also me and the other girls worked as a team for this travel.

The only thing that I HATE in this experience was travel in a bus for 4 DAYS! Was horrible but in spite of everything this was my best holidays ever.

A country I would like to visit.

Hi everyone!

In this post I write about the country that I would like to visit: New Zealand.
Lying in the south-west Pacific, New Zealand consists of two main islands: the North Island and the South Island. Stewart Island and many smaller islands lie offshore.
His capital city is Wellington but the most populous city is Auckland. In there speak three diferents languages: english, maori and New Zealand Sign Language.

I would like visit this island because his landscapes are unique.
If I have the chance to go, I would like to visit the "Home of middle‑earth",  Hobbiton Movie Set from The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy and The Hobbit films.
A really special point, for me, is the culture Maori: in NZ is very important the history and well-being of this culture and I really would like know more about there and live a "Pōwhiri" or welcome ceremonies and dance Haka, a traditional war dance. This are also used to challenge opponents on the sports field in special for the New Zealand rugby union team dubbed "All Blacks"(The best rugby team in the world<3)

Besides I would love visit the Nationals Parks of the island, in special the Tongariro National Park, located in the Central North Island region. Tongariro is New Zealand's oldest national park and the fourth in the world. It was the first in the world to be gifted by a country's indigenous people.
They have the most fabulous flora and fauna, like a kiwi. Besides I we see glaciers and volcanoes.

Well if I can go I visit ALL the island because IS AMAZING!<3

Post 9: An Expert on my field

Hi my dear friends!
This time I going to talk about an expert on my field.
Well, I don`t feel admiration but I feel respect for the work of my teacher, miss Verónica Figueroa Huencho.
Some time ago with some classmates worked on an investigation about indigenous public policies. This theme is the field of knowledge of the teacher Verónica and I read your  research work and I consideer amazing; she is very passionate and critical at the moment of relate to the topic.

About your life I must be sincere, I don't know a little bit of  his life.
Only I know that she is married and have a child. Besides she got his PhD in United States.

The last semester she was my teacher in the subject "Evolución y Complejidad de la Administración Pública" but recently I value his work. One reason I mention this women is because she is, in my opinion, a devoted teacher, committed with his work and with the students.

Even though it's true that I don't like  field research I really like the thema about the "cuestión indígena" in Chile and she write and explain in the best manner possible.

I'm really interested in getting to know more about this theme thank she.

Post 8: A subject I have enjoyed studying this semester

Hi guys!
Today I write about my favorite subject :)

Well, this semester my favorite subjetc was "Estadística para la Gestión I". Always I work with numbers, my mom have a store and I work in there.
In this subject we have "theory class" and others that we practise with statistics softwares like a SPSS, STATA or Excel.
This semester the contents that I have seen was introduction to statistics, descriptive statistics, regression models  and finally we studied probabilities and my teacher, Danica Mimica made easier to understand.
I like this subject because is a work tool that help me in the future to understand the phenomena that happen in the organizations and public networks. Besides my teacher, in my opinion, is a nice person very intelligent and attentive with their students.
Also, in this class I must be very attentive because is a little complicated but with practice and review is easier understand statistics.

In the next semester we have "Estadística para la Gestión II". It is more complicated than the other subject and I hope I like it and have good marks.

Post 6: A Band / Singer I adore

Hi everyone!

In this post I will talk about my favorite band or singer but I don't really have only one favorite.
I like "a little bit of everything": rock, punk rock, pop, R&B, ballad, well, almost every music style.

Well, recently, I prefer listen 80´s slow music because the lyrics of a songs is very beautiful and the rhythm is so relaxing for me. When I listen to this songs I died to sing with all his strength. Recently, the song that I have got sticked on my mind is "Total Eclipse of the Heart" that is interpreted for Bonnie Tyler, welsh singer.
"Total Eclipse of the Heart" is the most wonderful and amazing 80's song<3
Bonnie´s voice is perfect for this song; strong, powerful and in synchrony with the piano and the synthesizer, simply AMAZING.
Besides, the song made number 82 of VH1's top 100 love songs and was voted in "The Number Ones Greatest Of All Time".
I want that the slown music come back.
